1. Payment Terms
All invoices issued by the Company shall be payable within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties. All payments shall be made in the currency and through the payment method specified in the applicable invoice. Any applicable taxes, duties, levies, or other statutory charges shall be charged additionally at the rates prescribed under applicable law. The Client shall be responsible for payment of such applicable taxes and charges.
2. Refund Policy
All payments made to the Company shall be considered final and non-refundable, except where otherwise expressly agreed in writing by the Company. In the event of exceptional circumstances giving rise to a refund request, the matter may be reviewed and discussed by the parties on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the nature of the request, the services rendered, costs incurred, and any other relevant factors. Any refund, credit, or adjustment shall be subject to the Company’s written approval and mutually agreed terms. No refund shall be deemed approved unless confirmed in writing by the Company.
3. Cancellation Policy
Either party seeking to cancel the applicable services or engagement shall provide at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the other party, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Client shall remain liable for all fees and expenses incurred or payable up to the effective date of cancellation, including fees for services already performed, work in progress, and any non-cancellable commitments made by the Company. Cancellation shall not automatically entitle the Client to a refund of any amounts already paid, which shall remain subject to the Refund Policy set out above.
4. General
Any exception to these Terms and Conditions shall be valid only if mutually agreed in writing by the parties. These Terms and Conditions shall be read together with the applicable agreement, statement of work, or order form. In the event of any inconsistency, the terms of the applicable signed agreement shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
